General information

All peppink mill types can be supplied in steel or stainless steel 304/ 316 and/ or in a sanitairy version (high polished interieur for foodgrade purposes).

AN type mills (Fig 1: 200 AN with speed control)

Standard cast iron mills. Product inlet situated on the mill door, and enters the milling chmaber just below the mill axle. In the milling chamber a 6 tip beater cross grinds the product over a metal 360 degrees screen. The exchangelble screen is cladded the inside of a exchangeable cast iron screen cage.

W type mills (fig 2: 600 W Stainless)

Identical as the AN type mills apart from the welded construction and increased with of the milling chamber.

M type mills (fig 3: 400 M)

Constructed from a cast iron millbase and a hinged steel mill cover. The inlet is situated in the mill cover, directly above the beater cross. The screen cage is 180 degrees, located in the mill base. Additional grinding profiles can be mounted in the mill cover. M type mills are very suited for grinding tough and fiborous products.
