Each customer has a it's own specific grinding process, aimed at their optimal finished product specifictaions. At the same time, not every batch is identical as product properties may fluctuate.

Variations in moisture content, fat content, particle size and temperature sensitivity make each grinding proces a tailor made solution.

During a trial, we evaluate your specific requirements on the finished product, as well as the proper settings of the grinding equipment. Secondly we perfrom a capacity run, to check if the perfomance is in fact in compliance with your specific demands.

We always advise to perform a trial, so you will not find any surprise afterwards and to ensure that you get the best possible advise on grinding your product.
